    In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial success within the MedTech sector, managing strategic client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities to expand adoption, optimize workflows, and generate value. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will influence business outcomes while navigating complex sales cycles. The position combines relationship management, strategic planning, and a consultative approach to commercial growth. This is a remote, full-time role offering the chance to make a tangible impact on healthcare technology adoption across the region. You will engage with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to measurable business results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Accountabilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key MedTech clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
    • Develop account strategies and execute plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services
    • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client engagement
    • Track account performance metrics and provide regular reporting on progress and outcomes
    • Act as a strategic advisor, offering insights to optimize client operations and enhance adoption of solutions

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in account management or sales within the MedTech or healthcare technology sector
    • Strong knowledge of commercial sales strategies and client relationship management
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
    • Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
