A Day in the Life:
As a partner to numerous local HR Representatives, the HR Generalist - Service Operations provides strategic and administrative support for Flynn Service Operations across Canada and the USA.
The goal of this role is to foster cohesion, efficiency, and excellence within our Service divisions, ensuring that they support the Service teams in delivering top-notch service across North America.
This involves establishing consistency with Human Resources & Service processes and procedures, collaborating closely with local Service Managers and recruitment teams, and working hand in hand with the Service Training Specialist to develop comprehensive training plans for new hires to ensure an onboarding that is as smooth as possible.
This person is also required to be attentive to evolving business needs in order to promote growth within Service Operations.
Across Flynn, our Service teams are always looking for ways to provide the best customer service to our clients, both internally and externally.
As such, there is plenty of opportunity to both assist and lead on special projects which involves everything from recruitment, onboarding, employee development, culture building and much more.

What you bring to the table:
Preferably a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, post-secondary college programs considered an asset
3+ years Human Resources experience preferred
Ability to build and maintain strong, open, and honest relationships
Proactive and process-oriented working style, with attention to detail
