Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  • Current MPI Salesperson permit or willing to require within 30 days.
  • 2 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for automotive
  • 12 years' experience managing, coaching, and leading teams is a strong asset
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
  • A high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group's CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationshipfocused, Motivated, Attitude.
  • Other languages spoken considered an asset

What you will do:

  • Manage a sales team that achieves repeat business through the development of strong relationships and by regularly exceeding customer expectations.
  • Hire, train, motivate, coach, and manage sales team. Perform daily oneonone meetings with product advisors reviewing and coaching on key performance metrics
  • Greet customers as quickly as possible and interact with customers and product advisors at all steps of the sales process, including closing deals
  • Appraise trades utilizing company software.
  • Manage and perform follow up on all potential buyers
  • Work with the management team to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Create a positive sales culture for the team & create a "team" atmosphere focusing on employee and customer retention. Lead by example.
  • Establishes and maintain standards for the delivery of cars to customers
  • Ensures that the first aftersales department appointment is arranged at the time of delivery
  • Manage employee performance, including coaching and progressive discipline.
  • Embrace and exhibit the mission, vision and values of the company.
