The Marketing Campaign Coordinator is the main point of contact between Circuit Stream and our university partners, from the time the contract is signed, through the launch process and ongoing for partner relations activities.

This role coordinates university launch assets and process, leads ongoing check-ins and updates, resolves any university concerns, and plans for ongoing campaigns about Circuit Stream courses and programs.

This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Digital Strategy and Lifecycle Manager.


This position will be based out of Calgary, Alberta with a hybrid working model (60% in office / 40% work from home).


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Communications:


  • Execute launch of new university partners in line with marketing processes
  • Understand the Circuit Stream marketing plans, supply university partners with campaign materials to support ongoing marketing efforts
  • Identify areas of opportunity and execute new campaign initiatives and social media to help grow organic reach through each university partners' audience
  • Work closely with the Content Writer and external digital design agency to represent the Circuit Stream brand
  • Track and report on organic university campaign performance and make recommendations to the Digital Strategy and Lifecycle Manager
  • Facilitate the approvals of paid advertising assets between university partners and Digital Strategy and Advertising Manager
  • Support the marketing team with additional marketing and communications topics as required

Partner Relations:


  • Meet with university continuing education leaders based on the schedule requested by each partner
  • Understand specific needs and processes for each university partner and prepare and share reports on KPIs for enrollments, ensuring data security in accordance with university guidelines
  • Listen and respond to partner needs and requests; take immediate actions and escalate any issues as needed for suitable resolution
  • Lead account related financial information, ensuring lists and invoices are prepared and paid in accordance with agreed upon timelines

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
  • 23 years of experience in a marketing environment, with a strong focus on customer or partner coordination and campaigns in a B2B environment in SaaS or Edtech)
  • Ability to translate the needs of university partners into meaningful actions that drive awareness, lead generation and ultimately more enrollments in the program
  • Strong commitment to service levels and meeting requirements specified by multiple higher education partners
  • Experience in the higher education space managing relationships with universities, colleges or students is a plus
  • Readiness to travel occasionally to meet with university partners or attend university events or industry conferences, etc
  • Ability to thrive in a startup / rapid growth environment.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in the office; 2 days WFH)
