IT Project Manager - On-site (9300 Trans Canada Route, Suite 310 Saint-Laurent, H4S 1K5)

Responsibilities:

Provides Project Management Leadership for multiple concurrent programs and projects
Manages the full life cycle of a project.
Adherence and enforcement of company IT policies and procedures
Resolves all project issues including scope, timeline, resourcing changes, business functionality and technology issues
Liaison between Foodtastic brands and IT vendors
Coordinates and prioritizes enhancements, upgrades, and initiatives.
Provides regular project communication and status reporting
Maintains project status, project plans, project issues documents, decision logs, and any other additional project documentation
Leads communications with the Business leads to keep the project status, issues, plans and escalations in a concise and direct manner so that all stake holders are aware. Ensures that projects deliver the return on investment expected.
Coordinate with other members of the technology team to ensure a fluent and coherent status and activities are being scheduled and executed

Required Experience:

Experience of managing budgets (Capital and Operating expense projects)
Reporting to senior management with regular project statuses

years Prior PM experience required

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong analytical and communication skills
Must have strong written skills, with the ability to clearly convey information
Should have good interpersonal skills to deal with brand leaders, operation managers and vendors
Strong management skills and solid experience of managing technical internal and external resources
Project Management certification
