Duties:


This position may require the use of a headset for prolonged periods, working in an environment that contains background noise and constant exposure to a computer screen.


Work environment:


The employees of the Call and Processing Centre in Job Bank fall under the Treasury Board Secretariat exemption work arrangement.

They are currently working remotely (from their home).

In keeping with the updated Treasury Board Secretariat (Employer) guidelines, beginning in September 2024, employees will begin their transition to a hybrid work arrangement consisting of a minimum of three days in office per week, or 60% of a regular or part-time weekly schedule, with full implementation no later than September 2025.
