    Description
    OST is looking for Senior Web Engineer for a contract Hybrid role in Mississauga. Technical Skills

    • 7+ years of experience in developing large-scale enterprise trading applications in the Capital Markets space.
    • 0+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SAAS/LESS
    • Experience with building cross-platform applications using Web technologies such as Electron, Chromium, WebView2
    • Experience with utilizing interoperability platforms like Finsemble, Glue42 etc.
    • Experience with build pipelines using TeamCity, Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, and OpenShift.
    • Experience with application deployments utilizing ES modules, Webpack, and Nx
    • Experience with Reactive programming paradigms (RxJS and NgRx)
    • Experience with consuming real-time streaming data through web sockets
    • Experience with the ag-Grid Angular Grid Library
    • Experience with writing unit tests for Angular/Typescript using JEST
    • Experience with consuming JSON based data from REST services
    • Experience with tools such as Visual Studio Code, npm, node.jsOther Skills
    • Experience in managing, leading, and implementing successful projects
    • Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Web Applications Development
    • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
    • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
    • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
    Recommended

    • Experience with C#/.NET and object-oriented programming
    • Experience with Reactive Extensions for C#/.NETNice To Have
    • Experience with the ION Trading Platform
