    As the Senior Director of People Operations, you are a versatile and strategic leader.

    This unique position will play a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the executive team in achieving company and people goals.

    We need to recruit, support, and retain a high performing, highly engaged workforce committed to learning and impact. This role is responsible for leading the People Operations team and building a strategic roadmap for the function.

    You will be responsible to lead projects related to Hiring strategy, Headcount planning, Compensation and Total Rewards, Performance among others, while also being a trusted advisor to the senor leadership team and providing strategic guidance and support.

    Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
    Continuously evaluate and optimize the department's processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Develop and enhance RocketRez's employment brand strategy to attract talent & showcase our culture and values.
    Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and scalability initiatives.
    Implement programs to support diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
    Serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO and executive team, providing strategic guidance and support.
    Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
    Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, driving cross-functional collaboration and execution.
    Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Previous experience in a People Operations leadership role, preferably at a high growth technology start up, with experience in a strategic capacity, building teams from the ground up.

    Strong knowledge of best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements in the US and Canada.
    Proven track record of building and leading high-performing people operations teams.
    Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role preferred, with a demonstrated ability to support executive leadership and drive organizational initiatives.
