WHO YOU ARE

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in building science.
  • Experience working with residential building systems (townhouse, midrise, highrise, etc.).

Knowledge

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Building and Construction: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses and buildings. Practical understanding of the construction processes and building failure mechanisms.
  • English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language. Technical writing experience will be considered an asset.
