    Job Description

    The Contract Implementation Team is responsible for consolidating contract details and ensuring the accuracy of all customer contracts loaded into SAP for billing purposes. The Team is responsible for the implementation of almost 5000 contracts annually – 50% are for outside sales (including renewals, extensions, net news, rate changes, and fixes) which tend to be complex in nature and scope.

    Responsibilities

  • Responsible for determining the root cause of various issues with internal teams in Innovapost, RM, Contract Management
  • Responsible for understanding the nature and scope of the contractual arrangement, mitigating any risks for completion of the contract implementation process, assessing any gaps in the information required, and using judgment to resolve these with the internal stakeholders on these gaps
  • Develop and execute initiatives that improve customer contracts and reduce costs thus improving customer experience.
  • Perform periodic quality control and quality assurance assessments
  • Aid and assist with taking to market and take to company communication strategies for contract-related projects.
  • Responsible for UAT testing for all SAP changes
  • Coordinate, plan, and/or deliver training sessions and meetings for own team as well as internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders for all areas of the role to effectively execute; this includes Innovapost, RM, and Contract Management. Qualifications
  • University Graduation in General Courses, Analytical, critical thinking, and research skills gained
  • General understanding of accounting, finance, sales, and legal practices, as well as package economics and negotiation techniques
  • Over 4 years and including 5 years (generally progressive experience)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, CLI, and Salesforce.
  • A high level of Excel knowledge is essential.
  • Strong knowledge in Structuring processes and controls, Developing monitoring criteria and systems
  • Experience managing through change with an eye toward continuous improvement
