We are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager with with site experience to join our growing team.The successful Applicant will be capable of:
- Organizing and managing projects from start to finish.
- Instructing foremen and crew to keep them on schedule and on budget.
- Inspecting work for deficiencies and correcting issues where required.
- Perform tasks that the Ownership sees fit.
The Applicant must be:
- Very organized.
- Detail oriented.
- A multitasker (will be running multiple projects simultaneously).
- A strong communicator.
- A leader.
- Able to instruct and give constructive feedback.
This person will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, on schedule and on budget and will hold our crews to the company's highest standards.
Applicant will require to start earlier in the day or finish later in the evening depending on what the projects demand.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
