Leenan Group of Companies is growing, and Leenan Property Management is looking for a Cleaner to join our team.

The Cleaner is to assist in every aspect of keeping a property clean and prepping it for the next tenant.

The Cleaner will work alongside our Residential Property Manager(s) to ensure property cleanliness is maintained to the highest standard.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Inspecting properties to check for cleanliness and prepare for new tenant move-ins;
Thoroughly cleaning interiors of properties after a tenant moves out;
Maintain an organized scheduling and tracking system to effectively complete all cleaning requests promptly and in the order by which they were received or by the level of urgency;
Tracking hours and detailing records related to work;
Taking direction from Team Members for the scope of work;
Tracking and uploading invoices to our back office;
Purchasing effective and affordable cleaning supplies and equipment;
Following and monitoring a budget for each rental property and;
Driving to and from various locations throughout the city.

Required Skills:

Ability to track expenses and follow a budget.
Uses good time management and organization skills demonstrated by meeting or exceeding deadlines, maintains an accurate work calendar, and sufficiently anticipates task duration.
Ability to efficiently multitask in an environment where priorities can change rapidly.
Effectively communicates with clients, peers, and supervisors in written and or verbal forms that are timely, accurate, and complete.
Consistently acts with integrity, ethics, and high moral standards.
Actively learns on the job through exposure to new challenges, professional education opportunities, team training, and learning from others.
Excellent computer skills and willingness to upgrade computer skills as required.

Qualifications:

Individuals with prior experience with professional residential cleaning are preferred
A driver's license and a vehicle are required
Own equipment is preferred, but not required
Hours: 3040 hours per week

Compensation:
- $35,000 - $40,000 annual
