Sign Maker - Production and Design

Salary:
$20.00-$28.00 per hour

Experience:

• Sign Making: Minimum 7 years (required)

Dynamic Sign Solutions requires an experienced Sign Maker to join our dynamic, progressive team. You are a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills.

You are detail oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment, while efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties, Requirements and Competencies

• Sign design and production
• Fulltime availability (40 hours/week)
• Consult/interface with customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
• Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
• Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
• Able and willing to learn new technologies, skills and techniques to become a better sign making professional
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of initiative
• Detail Oriented

Minimum qualifications

• 57 years minimum experience as a professional sign maker design and production
• Large format digital printing
• Design creativity
• Expertise in using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience with RIP software
• Have a passion for the sign production process

Additional asset qualifications

• Vehicle wrap installation
• CNC router and/or laser printer operation
• Knowledgeable in color management
• Certified installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.)
