Currently, we are seeking an Application Support Specialist.

- 0-3 years of relevant experience in IT support and operations.
- Experience using a scripting language such as Python.
- Knowledge of database maintenance.(MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloudbased providers, specifically Amazon AWS.
- Basic administration knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with provisioning tools like Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus.
- Familiarity with virtualization tools such as Proxmox, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot network, PC, and server performance on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Familiarity in building and assembling PCs from computer parts.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing conditions and environments.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
As an Application Support Specialist, you will focus on the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for daily trading activities (7:30am to 4pm).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues affecting trading operations.
- Monitor network and performance metrics to ensure system stability.
- Develop and implement automated deployment processes.
- Create alarms to alert the team to critical system issues.
- Assemble PCs from computer parts and maintain hardware as needed.
- Perform other tasks as required to support our IT operations.
