Description

• Edit videos shot by the inhouse videographer to create compelling visual content for marketing purposes.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final video
• Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and design elements into videos
• Manage social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers for both the AW4U pages and any subbrands
• Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.

• Proven ability to edit shortform and longform videos through Final Cut and Adobe Premier Pro.
• Proven ability to design printready materials through the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and deadlines.
