The Opportunity

Education/Experience:_

Some college, Associate, or Undergraduate degree. Professional work experience is an asset.

Knowledge/Skills/Ability:_
Advanced computer skills
Experience with Canvas, Moodle, or similar Learning Management Systems
Experience with courseware
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and relational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Essential Functions:_
Prepares and conducts LMS & eLearning workshops and webinars
Conducts demos and training to individual users and user groups
Manages eLearning content from vendors and integrates it into the LMS
Acts as an administrator and manages simulation platforms & courseware (e.g. POS, PMS, etc.)
Collects, downloads, and saves all LMS course content on SharePoint
In liaison with Registrar & IT, prepares LMS course shells for new terms
Creates user profiles; enrolls and unenrolls users across eLearning platforms
Exports grades and prepares the grade transfer report
Provides troubleshooting support to users
Other duties as assigned
