An Oriental-inspired restaurant and bar dedicated to offering authentic yet innovative Food and Beverage. Our goal is to create a confident, vibrant, and comfortable dining experience for our guests.

This role is ideal for anyone eager to advance their expertise in the hospitality industry while exploring a diverse range of Korean influenced Food and beverages. As a server & Bartender at Fallen Feather, you will be an integral part of our team, engaging with guests, explaining menu items, and sharing our unique culinary style.

We are currently hiring both full or part time.

Key duties and responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Being knowledgeable about all food & beverage items
• Assessing guests' wants and needs, providing tailored recommendations
• Serving beverages in accordance with the Smart Serve guidelines
• Delivering food and drinks to the tables
• Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Knowledge in classic cocktail beverages
• inventory per par and organization
• Being able to follow & lead general sequence of service for guest's needs

Experience, Skills, Beneficial Attributes:

• Previous Experience: At least 2 year of Server/Bartending experience

• POS Knowledge: Familiarity with POS system

• Food and Wine Knowledge: Familiarity with various foods, wine, spirits, and beers understanding basic food and beverage pairings

• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Being able to assess priority service needs for the guest's in the venue.

• Efficiency: Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Integrity: Honesty and following through commitments

• Team Dedication: Willingness to collaborate, assist, and contribute to a positive team culture

• Positive Attitude: Energetic and proactive in building a fun and enjoyable workplace

Schedule:

• Full time: 3 - 5 days per week, hours a day.
• Part time: 1 - 3 days per week, hours a day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour up to $20.00.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
