I am a content creator with over 4.7 million followers across social media. I'm looking for a Personal Assistant to help with filming, publishing, ideation, administration, organization, and other personal tasks.

Tasks
-
Project Management: keep everything going on in the business on track and organized
-
Generate video/design ideas, stay up-to-date with social media trends

  • Design video thumbnails, banners
-
Help creator film videos and take pictures (including setting up lighting, camera, equipment, clothes, props, etc. and clean up)

Publishing, reposting, scheduling existing content across social media platforms
-
Prepare videos to launch (captions, SEO, tags, descriptions)
-
Write captions for posts and fill out various forms on behalf of creator
-
Community engagement (replying to comments and DMs)
-
Doing research into various topics as required
-
Come up with new strategies to improve growth and retention, strengthen community and increase reach through exprimentation (new types of content, platforms, etc)

  • Handle personal errands _
    (including making travel arrangements, placing product orders, ironing, picking up meals and beverages, organizing, cleaning, tidying apartment, etc.)_
  • Assist with filing and organization of documents, projects, folders

Manage creator's schedule/ calendar, including creating, updating, and revising it as necessary

Manage creator's finances, including paying bills and collecting receipts

Tracking expenses and compile monthly expense reports


Requirements:


  • Excellent organization & communication skills
  • Ontime and responsible, keen attention to details
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in an environment with dynamic priorities
  • Discretion, maintaining complete confidentiality
  • Can meet deadlines, good time management skill
  • Have an eye for aesthetic and graphic design
  • Familiar working with almost every content creation platform: Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Adobe Creative Suite & design templates in Canva or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
  • Previous experience in content creation, social media or admin work is an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$3,000.00 per month
