POSITION OVERVIEW


CHALLENGES TO BE MET Assist in the resolution of access related issues- Participate in the maintenance of the Identity and Access Management procedures Support and ensure data integration of the User Access Management tool- Initiate the periodic IAM reviews, collect information and perform required changes according to processes and procedures.

- Participate in creating, documenting and maintaining processes and procedures to properly and efficiently manage user access- Provide information and participate in a wide range of internal and external audits to demonstrate the controls in place for achieving compliance


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- DCS in Office Systems Technology (or equivalent)- 5-7 years of experience- Experience, including user provisioning, role-based access control, authentication and authorization- Relevant industry certification, such as CIAM (Certified Identity and Access Manager), CIMP (Certified Identity Management Professional), etc.

an asset- Good understanding and knowledge of Identity and Access Management processes and industry trends- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Customer oriented- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment pertaining to operating procedures and projects- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with staff across both business and technology functions- Good time management- Excellent administrative and organizational skills- Interest and aptitude to learn new technologies- Bilingualism (English and French).
