Billing and Payroll Coordinator for our
Mississauga office.

As an
HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for the verification and reconciliation of patient services provided by field employees in order to ensure the accuracy of billing and payroll.

Job Description:

Verification of field employee's timekeeping, follow up on missing time logs, ensure accurate attendance and verification of all scheduled visits
Ensure field employees are paid accurately and on time adhering to strict biweekly payroll deadlines, assist with payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Support billing reconciliation of all government programs and private services, ensure all services provided are paid and necessary billing adjustments are processed accordingly
Liaise with HCCSS and resolve billing rejections and suspensions adhering to strict initial billing and resubmission deadlines
Participate in continuous billing and payroll process improvements, identifying areas of risk and opportunity within the organization and create recommendations for procedural efficiency

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
Postsecondary accounting courses preferred or equivalent working experience
Adept in using a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Typing speed of 60 wpm is an asset
