What does a Contact Service Operator in Toronto do?
- Prepare, manage and coordinate scheduling activities for different sites
- Ensure all sites are covered and scheduled in accordance with client requirements
- Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients
- Respond to staff and client inquiries
Qualifications to become a Contact Centre Operator in Toronto
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Be available to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
- Be available to work 12hour, overnight shifts
- Previous highvolume scheduling experience is an asset
