What does a Contact Service Operator in Toronto do?

  • Prepare, manage and coordinate scheduling activities for different sites
  • Ensure all sites are covered and scheduled in accordance with client requirements
  • Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients
  • Respond to staff and client inquiries

Qualifications to become a Contact Centre Operator in Toronto

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
  • Be available to work 12hour, overnight shifts
  • Previous highvolume scheduling experience is an asset
