Job Description Mission**- We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from home and from one of our offices in the metropolitan area._

Responsibilities

Ensure multidisciplinary coordination of mechanical and electrical models
Create 3D models in compliance with the requirements of a BIM management plan
Perform interference detections for the mechanicalelectrical team and oversee the resolution of interdisciplinary issues in collaboration with the BIM coordinators of the other disciplines
Manage mechanical and electrical models on the BIM360 platform
Model mechanical and electrical components using REVIT
Create families and content for REVIT
Provide technical support for REVIT users
Ensure compliance with drawing and modelling standards for mechanical and electrical disciplines

Qualifications

Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in building mechanics
Five to ten years of relevant experience
Proficiency in REVIS software
Technical knowledge to model electromechanical equipment (dimensions of mechanical systems, selection of HVAC equipment, plumbing, etc.)
Good command of the BIM360 platform and Dynamo; Programming, an asset
Fluency in spoken and written French and English; Bilingual proficiency is a critical requirement for this role, as it ensures effective collaboration with our diverse set of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies nationwide
