Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the development, training, and finetuning of Diffusion models in collaboration with our ML engineers and researchers.
Establish and monitor performance metrics for model training and tuning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Diffusion model training strategies with broader organizational goals.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and Diffusion models to ensure the company stays at the forefront of the industry.
Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of models to ensure their accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications:

3 years of model training/fine tuning in the machine learning space. We welcome experience relevant to Image/video/audio generation as well as LLMs
Indepth knowledge of machine learning, with a specific focus on Diffusion models.
Experienced in training and finetuning Stable Diffusion Checkpoints, Loras, Embedding, ControlNet, etc.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python.
Experience using machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience using Stable Diffusion frameworks such as Hugging Face diffuser/transformers pipeline.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
