- Come up with creative pitches, conceptual artwork on future products based on the company's product management roadmap
- Create mood boards and inspiration for product launches (photoshoots, digital ads, social posts and newsletter)
- Label Design & Packaging Design for our future product pipeline
- Lead the concept of an entire products line [jewelry, glass jar, fragrance, label, and etc] and execute it
- Trend reports on what's the " in " thing for this [month, quarter, year, etc.]
- Participate/lead survey creations to identify what our customers want/need
- Pitch new and interesting designs suitable for Charmed Aroma products
- Draw, sketch, visualize new designs for Charmed Aroma
- Ensure projects are finished on time and are coherent with the brand
- You have a passion for home decor, jewelry, and bath and body products
- Experience with photo editing
- Work well in fast-paced team settings and ability to meet tight deadlines on a continual basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to take direction but also lead a team
- Ability to manage vendor relationships
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, optimistic, flexible, solutions thinker, problem solver
- You're a hands-on and resourceful
