Position Title:
Customer Success Specialist

Location:
Toronto - Hybrid Flexible (4 days in office)

Salary:
$45,000 Base + commission outreach based incentive plan of 5%

Role Overview:

We seek a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for representing the brand and working directly with the clients we serve. You will have the opportunity to learn the business inside out and grow with us in our vertical expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all leads from our CRM Hubspot, while ensuring best practices and quality customer service
Upselling and closing deals with clients and customers
Lead quality control of participant information and registrations for events
Support all aspects of event planning while following tight deadlines and working within the scope of the budget
Gather and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders i.e., contact reports, timelines, commitments, etc
Other ad hoc activities based on areas of interest

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, planning, organization, presentation, and professional communication skills (verbal & written)
13 years experience working in an organization with a focus on sales, customer success (and) or event management experience
Ability to work crossfunctionally and collaboratively to plan, execute and deliver all onsite events, working with suppliers, vendors, clients, etc
A postsecondary degree/diploma or equivalent business experience
Willingness and flexibility to work outside of regular operating hours, including extended hours, holidays, and weekends and travel as required
Event, operations and conference facility management is an asset
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously and thriving in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
