Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with dental office administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and invoicing
  • Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries or concerns
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
  • Transcribe documents and maintain organized filing systems

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures and medical receptionist duties is a plus
  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite

Job Types:

Salary:
$14.25-$32.28 per hour
