Responsibilities:
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with dental office administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and invoicing
- Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Transcribe documents and maintain organized filing systems
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
$14.25-$32.28 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
