SWR provides plumbing, drainage and excavation service in the Greater Vancouver area since 1970. We are seeking a career oriented and talented troubleshooter to join our family based business as a Service Plumber.Requirements:
- Knowledge of maintenance/repairs of plumbing and drainage systems
- Maintain excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level with dispatch and your manager
- Keep your truck inventory Stocked at all times
- Sales experience is definitely an asset
- Adhere to current rules and regulations related to work to be performed
- Because we provide 24hour emergency service, technicians are expected to take part in the on call rotation
- Expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Develop as a professional, you will be encouraged to participate in regular meetings/training
- Possess and maintain a clean driving record
- Adopt new technology to manage your day to day activities
- Maintain a good track record and represent the company with positive attitude
Services that we provide
- full service plumbing; water heaters, toilets, sinks, faucets, hose bibs ect.....
- troubleshooting and repair of storm drain/perimeter drain systems
- metallic and non-metallic line tracing/locating
- utility location service
- video inspection of pipes 1'' diameter and up
- hydro-jetting of sanitary and storm lines
- power snake service
- pipe-bursting for new water lines and sewer lines
- no-dig pipe repair options
- excavation working with safety shoring

Salary:
$28.00-$44.00 per hour

Experience:
- plumbing: 2 years (required)
- service plumbing: 1 year (required)
- hydro-jetting and camera inspection: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- plumbing license (preferred)
