Position Overview


The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the planning and execution of effective digital strategies and programs to build and promote UNIQLO brand in Canada using paid media channels.

You will be encouraged to synthesize digital marketing plans for UNIQLO Canada working with internal stakeholders and our external digital marketing agency.

You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.


We expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and paid media solutions that are relevant for our industry and business.

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver our company's views and mission to our target audience effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Grows and expands company new users acquisition goals by executing and monitoring digital strategy with excellence
  • Cowork with Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Product Marketing team and Digital agency to plan and execute digital strategy in a timely fashion
  • Find new, innovative, and efficient way of utilizing digital channels to be applied on UQCD business
  • Monitors daily digital performance and KPI's with a regular cadence to ensure we are continually achieving and exceeding targets while maintaining a positive return on our investment
  • Ability to relay business information and strategy to digital agency and implement adhoc changes on campaigns
  • Provide data driven recommendations and input on media strategy including audience targeting
  • Assist in creating and approving adcopy and other media assets
  • Executes, manages, and creates tailored google my business content for each store while collaborating with CS team on consumer reviews/engagement
  • Creates optimized catalog feed (google merchant store and meta commerce store) optimization changes and strategies in collaboration with GHQ
  • Analyzes landing pages SEO/SEM and implements regular updates and changes in collaboration with Ecommerce site team
  • Manages paid affiliate marketing and troubleshooting with vendors in collaboration with GHQ
  • Coordinates the deployment of creative assets and advertising copies to the digital agency in a timely manner

Desired Skills and Experiences:


  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a digital specialist
  • Expertise in Paid Media campaign management and tracking
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Familiar with Datafeed management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to input on creative content (text, image, and video) for optimization on digital channels
  • Strong Knowledge of data mining and analysis
  • Familiarity with Google Campaign 360, GA
  • Familiarity with ecommerce site
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM
  • Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
