Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities
- Organization of reception area supplies, water etc.
- Monitor the flow of information coming into the office
- Receiving and directing phone calls
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Printing and collating various documents
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership
Skills and Experience
- Office and clerical experience in a professional working environment is considered an asset
- Postsecondary education in administration is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
