- Manage detailed plans for Research and Technology Laboratory activities, including design, planning, logistics, and test performance.
- Support engineering teams, business partners, and academic collaborators in defining strategic technology testing programs.
- Oversee the computer park and equipment inventory.
- Supervise the laboratory's physical and IT infrastructure in coordination with Material Organization and Information Technology departments.
- Coordinate change and configuration management for EcoJet project test stands and vehicles.
- Provide engineering data support for the EcoJet project.
- Handle procurement of parts and equipment, as well as shipping and receiving management.
- Ensure laboratory security by managing access and confidentiality compliance for technology projects and controlled goods.
- Participate in technical launches, budget planning, and resource allocation for Strategic Technologies projects.
- Collaborate with technical experts, suppliers, and partners to ensure project compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage project priorities, communication, and alignment.
- A university degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or Engineering with 5-8 years of aviation industry experience.
- Familiarity with program/project management processes.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of engineering processes, aircraft configuration, and change management.
- Goal-oriented, precise, and responsible mindset.
- Leadership qualities, proactive approach, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Initiative, autonomy, and enthusiasm.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about technology.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Project, SAP, Sharepoint, Power BI, Enovia, and Teamcenter.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
