We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join them as a Store Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, staff management, and inventory control. You will be key in driving sales, maximizing profitability, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team members. The salary range is $50,000-$52,000.

    DESCRIPTION

    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase store profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, safety, and security.
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered.
    • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the customer shopping experience.
    • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Manage inventory levels and control shrinkage through effective inventory management practices.
    • Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry – ideally in specialty retail.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve store performance.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of kitchenware and cutlery products is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and POS systems.
