Description

Reporting to the Controller, the Administration / Accounting Assistant will be assigned a variety of accounting basics and provide a general support in all areas of administration as required daily.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Accounts payable & accounts receivable assistance
  • Maintain customer and vendor relations
  • Prepare cheques/EFTs as required
  • Perform various clerical duties including answering phones, filing, and data entry
  • Other duties to assist the various departments as required

Requirements:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting systems considered an asset
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
