develops and executes implementation project plans to meet specific requirements of each sale in partnership with internal/external stakeholders,
manages overall project governance including stakeholder communication meeting cadence meeting facilitation project documentation status reporting risk mitigation coordinates internal external resource requirements monitors deliverables adjusts plans communication accordingly to achieve desired outcomes ensures implementation project documents are complete current managed in accordance with established procedures manages multiple projects simultaneously acts as back up other Project Managers coach business resources other project managers on processes tools responsibilities required deliver successful client projects delivers projects time monitors client feedback develops test quality plans ensure client expectations scope work delivered builds fosters cooperative productive relationships team members internal external stakeholders customer contacts represents interests GreenShield works proactively limit diffuse escalations escalates issues mitigate risk client disruption interacts Management Team ensure results achieved participates special projects responding RFPs new business opportunities sales related initiatives e.g business case creation participates finalist presentations secure new business when required acting GS ambassador provides confidence new customers implementation approach guides stakeholders manages expectations Standard Service Delivery Guidelines participates continuous improvement reviewing feedback outcomes best practices evolve processes services.
