We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Analyst to support ONA in technology project initiatives.


What we are looking for:


  • Possess four (4) or more year's equivalent work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience satisfactory to ONA).
  • Possess a university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering.
  • Identify gaps in functional/technical specifications
  • Find and verify defects during development and end user testing
  • Perform manual and automated test cases
  • Create, track, modify, and close defect tickets using a Defect Tracking tool
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of testing and QA documentation standards
  • Consolidate tests results and prepare reports or presentations on the progress of testing on a regular basis and maintain a list of reported system defects, production issues and known workarounds.
  • Participate in all key sprint activities such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum and Solution Demos.
  • Recommend improvements regarding the quality of future systems development.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL queries
  • Demonstrate experience with test automation development with Selenium
  • Demonstrate experience with Agile development process
  • Demonstrate familiarity with GIT based source control (Azure Devops)

  • Professional certifications in related technologies.
  • CI/CD automation
  • Performance testing
