is an industrial, commercial and institutional multi-trade contractor specializing in millwrighting, rigging, electrical, piping, fabrication, structural, sheet metal & HVAC installations and repairs.

We are a 24/7 company with a demanding customer base.


We are currently looking to hire a Junior Dispatcher & Office Assistant in our M&R Division for a full time salary position.


Duties:


  • Assisting Sr Dispatcher in placement of field workers.
  • Tracking all safety certificates of field workers.
  • Working with other Project Managers so insure the satisfactory of their customers.
  • Oncall Daily/Nightly for ongoing changes in customers schedules.
    Desired Skills and Experience
  • 1year dispatch experience (preferred)
  • Positive attitude with good people skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Excel
  • Good time management with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.

Full-time, Permanent

  • Company Phone, Laptop, Benefits, Pension Plan.

  • Friday 7:30am4:30pm (Some Evenings and Weekends)
