- Oversee the maintenance of real estate document management system
- Assist with development of data repository for CT REIT record retention system
- Utilize Internal Document Management systems to support document and transaction processes
- Assist with additional data analysis-focused projects as required
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Law, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Document management systems experience an asset (Lucernex, Content Manager, Yardi, etc.)
- Previous experience within legal environment an asset
- Previous experience with real estate environment an asset
- Strong attention to detail, good judgement, organized and time management skills to coordinate competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
