    What you'll do :

  • Oversee the maintenance of real estate document management system
  • Assist with development of data repository for CT REIT record retention system
  • Utilize Internal Document Management systems to support document and transaction processes
  • Assist with additional data analysis-focused projects as required
  • What you bring :

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Law, or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Document management systems experience an asset (Lucernex, Content Manager, Yardi, etc.)
  • Previous experience within legal environment an asset
  • Previous experience with real estate environment an asset
  • Strong attention to detail, good judgement, organized and time management skills to coordinate competing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hybrid
