About the Role
Sago Mini / Nordlight is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist who will lead the charge on day-to-day activities around executing digital campaigns to support our products.

What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for campaign management to support Nordlight / Rubik's Match
- Planning, execution and management of mobile campaigns across various channels including: Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP Networks and more
- Independently manage performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize growth and profitability
- Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV
- Overseeing daytoday channel strategy working with our advertising partners to maximize campaign performance.
- Contribute ad creative ideas and run creative testing and execute on creative strategies to attract new users
- Identifying areas of opportunity for testing, implementing, and monitoring those tests and reporting results to stakeholders
- Working with Global Growth Team Lead to implement and test new advertising channels and creative strategies
- Work crossfunctionally with product, product marketing managers, data, and creative teams.
- Being the advocate for paid user acquisition within the product teams providing updates on performance, opportunities, and make recommendations as necessary
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing.
- Media buying experience with SDK Networks, DSPs, (including ironsource, unity ads, AdColony, Fyber and others) Facebook, Google
- Experience scaling results across a variety of channels including display and mobile advertising
- Previous experience focusing on brandcentric marketing, working with a message and vision along a brand journey
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Eagerness and drive to learn and develop skills
- Desire to be a part of and work closely with a team
- Highly motivated with an ability to thrive in a growing environment
- Strong proficiency with Excel required
Nice to Haves
- Experience, background, or knowledge in data science, data analytics, SQL
- Previous experience working closely with product teams
- Understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates and LTV
