Responsibilities:

Manage a multidisciplinary project team Prepare and manage project budgets, work plans and schedules Business development may include directing some construction administration projects where included with our detailed design assignments Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public Prepare correspondence, reports and proposals Work with senior leadership to grow the transit business of Morrison Hershfield Qualifications:
  • Transit or complementary industry experience
Experience managing technical integration including safety, security, requirements management and verification and validation Minimum of 4 years proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects while dealing with clients and toplevel management Postsecondary education in engineering P.Eng. or ability to achieve P.Eng PMP designation is an asset Experience of varying project contracting types and sizes Strong business acumen and vision Ability to set goals and manage priorities Professional attitude toward management and interpersonal communication Outstanding communication and documentation skills Excellent time management skills Excellent computer skills Demonstrated leadership to motivate and maximize individual performance Understanding of organizations priorities and ability to make tradeoff decisions
