Job Summary:
Ritchies Flooring is a well-established flooring store specializing in providing high-quality flooring products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail oriented individual to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our store management and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative tasks for a variety of projects_
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member._
- Process sales orders, ensuring accurate pricing, product codes, and customer details._
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of inventory, sales transactions, and customer interactions._
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking payments._
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies._
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the store._
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus._
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred._
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively._
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks._
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills._
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of accounting software._
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic._
- Prior experience in the flooring industry or a related field is a bonus._
