- Completing and processing pet insurance claim forms
- Liaising with insurance companies and clients
- Maintaining accurate patient and claim records
- General administrative support as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administrative experience preferred (veterinary experience an advantage but not essential)

Rowe Vet Group are looking for a reliable and organised Insurance Administrator to join our friendly veterinary practice. We are based in the Southwest with branches in Wotton, Brimsham, Thornbury, Winterbourne and a 24-hour hospital in Bradley Stoke.
As a valued member of our team, you will take care of the following responsibilities:
You will work alongside our fantastic clinical and admin teams, who care for our well-established and loyal client base. Yate is a lovely small town with a community feel, close to the ring road with good transport links to Bristol city centre, M4/M5 motorways with access to South Wales, London and Devon/Cornwall.
