The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent minimum two years experience in machine operator capacity previous experience in heavy manufacturing is an asset strong attention to detail good problem-solving skills ability to work in fast-paced environment meet production targets read write English must be able to lift up fifty pounds plant environment twelve hour rotating continental shift exposure loud noise heat may be required overtime as needed following steps recruiter will reach out shortlisted applicants promptly
