Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver 24x7 NextGen firewall change management to Fortinet customers within established SLAs.
  • Provision, monitor performance and capacity and produce reports of managed devices.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide corrective actions to restore operations.
  • Develop a deep understanding about customers' business/technical needs.
  • Develop core competency on Fortinet's product line and technologies with a primary focus on FortiGate.
  • Direct communication with customers via webbased systems.

Skills and Attributes Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of networking, routing and switching.
  • Good troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Handson experience on security products and technologies (e.g. Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN, VPN, ZTNA).
  • Positive customeroriented attitude.
  • Effective and clear communication skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Background Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or related positions.
  • FortiGate administration experience or Fortinet NSE5 certification is an advantage.
