Job Summary
The Program Assistant supports the daily operations of The Nest by providing day-to-day physical emotional social supports life skills assistance information resources demonstrations as per established care schedules.Responsibilities
- Provides feedback input regarding clients needs performance progress.
- In accordance with established care plans assists clients with development of life skills such as maintaining personal hygiene housekeeping meal planning preparation meeting financial obligations making keeping appointments interpersonal skills by methods such as demonstrating modeling appropriate actions.
- Administers medication to clients provides medication reminders in accordance with established policy.
