Job Summary
We are seeking a Cellar Supervisor (Contract) to join our dynamic Cellar/Operations team in Grimsby Ontario.This role champions operational excellence by maximizing productivity, enforcing best-in-class procedures, and maintaining a strong culture of safety and accountability.
Key Responsibilities include supervising daily activities of Cellar & Harvest employees at the Grimsby winery,
ensuring accurate completion of winemaking and sanitation work tickets,
and holding product quality in high regard by promoting adherence to food safety programs including GMPs,HACCP,&best practices for winemaking procedures.
