Dilawri Group of Companies - BC Region is currently looking to fill the position of a
Deal Clerk.

Essential Duties:

Post New Vehicle Inventory into vehicle management and accounting
Code and process on demand cheque request to appropriate accounts
Process and verify accuracy of new and used car deals
Update and reconcile deal log and sales commissions
Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory related schedules
Assist controllers to prepare financial statements, various accounting schedules and management report
Work with assigned stores on tasks and concerns
Other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements:

High level of discretion and confidentiality
Strong accounting technical knowledge
Demonstrate desire to tackle challenges and highpace environment
Organized and selfdriven personality and adaptive to changes
Experience with CDK/ ADP and related dealership accounting software is an asset but not required
