    Who Are We Looking For?-Minimum 5 years' experience as a glazier in the commercial construction industry OR completion of a two to three year apprenticeship program -Previous experience in Foreman role is preferred-Strong knowledge in construction industry and related activities is an asset-Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    What You Will Work On?-Oversee all aspects of Glazing work including but not limited to safety, housekeeping, and workmanship quality-Prepare production and other reports-Coordinate and schedule activities-Train or arrange for training, Set up machines and equipment, Estimate costs and materials-Read blueprints and drawings, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies-Resolve work related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
