    POSITION SUMMARY: The Ops Lead directs waste handling activities including sampling, analysis, processing documentation and disposition at a facility. This role ensures plant personnel safety by enforcing procedures providing training as needed.

    PRIORITIES:

    • • Coordinate operations with supervisors ensuring compliance with inventory supplies.
    • • Direct off-loading of materials into storage systems determining batch clearance approvals for effluent filtering post-treatment samples wastes suitability for final disposal.
    • • Manage housekeeping ensuring proper chemical storage treatment simulation collection analysis of inbound truck samples making decisions consistent with waste profile data facility permits notifying maintenance requirements reviewing signing RCRA manifests escalating performance feedback positive negative to direct leaders timely manner participating emergency response activities field equipment personnel transportation on site both.
