Are you passionate about cars and excel in logistics? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Automotive Delivery Coordinator to become the newest member of our fast-paced dealership team

What You Will Do:

Coordinate and oversee the seamless delivery of new and preowned vehicles to our customers.
Ensure all vehicles are prepped, cleaned, and ready for an exceptional customer delivery experience.
Manage and schedule transportation resources efficiently to optimize delivery times.
Act as a liaison between sales, service, and customers to ensure a smooth transition and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate delivery records and inventory control to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing outstanding service throughout the delivery process.

Who You Are:

A logistics aficionado with a knack for coordination and multitasking.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Proactive problemsolver, ready to address challenges and create solutions.
Proficient in using technology and automotive delivery software.
Highly organized with an eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle delivery meets our high standards.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
