    As the Director of Global Consumables Growth Strategy and Business Development, you will play a pivotal role shaping and executing growth strategies and optimizing the profitability of our ~$110M Consumables business, helping to position PerkinElmer as a leader in the Consumables market.

    You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our product portfolio, improve sourcing and manage costs & pricing.

    Partner with commercial leaders to strategically develop, implement, and optimize sales processes to drive market penetration, increase revenue, and enhance customer experience across ecommerce platforms and aftermarket sales channels.


    Business Development:

    Market Analysis:
    Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive assessments, and customer segmentation to identify emerging trends and opportunities for sales channel expansion, new products and growth


    Relationship Management:

    Sourcing & Procurement:
    Work with procurement team to help source suppliers, set product requirements, support negotiations, manage vendors, and drive cost improvement


    Financial Management:

    Take accountability for the financial performance of the product line, including cost capacity planning for production, setting global base price, monitoring price performance, and ensuring profitability.

    A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic leadership, business development, sales channel expansion, and ecommerce within the Med Tech, life sciences, or consumables industry. Strong leadership qualities with demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring commercial teams to achieve strategic sales and growth goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. The annualcompensation range for this full-time position is $ 154,200to $231,300.

    The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
