Description

We are looking for a full-time permanent Security Site Supervisor. The regular schedule is Monday to Friday, with availability to cover book offs as well.

Job requirements:

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Valid First Aid/CPR
Must have own means of transportation
Excellent Computer Skills
Prior Security Experience is an asset. Concierge experience is an asset. Police Foundations is an asset.
Ability to follow policies and procedures, as well as review and update them as needed.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to qualify for Reliability Security Clearance within 60 days of employment start.

Examples of Job Duties:

Interior/Exterior Patrols; while your main role will be in the site office, you will need to be familiar with the patrols of the site as well.
Access Control; following established procedures to admit visitors / contractors
Receiving deliveries, logging and contacting recipients to facilitate packages being picked up.
Responding to internal building alarms and resolving building issues as per policies
Communicate regularly with visitors, contractors, and site management in person and via phone (Concierge)
Send Access Logs daily
Review guard shifts for issues, encourage quality reporting and following procedures.
Maintain office supplies / place orders as needed
Train new hires
Ensure all shifts are staffed (ie. Scheduling)
